Sageflow Labs is an engineering consultancy providing cloud, data platform, backend (including Java Spring Boot), and related advisory and delivery services. Contact: contact@sageflow.in.
TokenSentinel and related open-source or product offerings may be referenced on this site for context. Product terms for TokenSentinel, if any, are separate and governed by tokensentinel.dev and its own documentation—not these Terms—unless a written agreement expressly incorporates them.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful, non-abusive purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the site;

4. Proposals and estimates
Quotes, estimates, and roadmaps are based on information you provide and are not binding until accepted in a Service Agreement. We may revise estimates if scope, assumptions, or constraints change.
5. Client responsibilities
Where you engage us for services, you agree to:
- Provide timely access, credentials, environments, and decision-makers as reasonably required;
- Ensure you have rights to data, systems, and materials you supply;
- Comply with applicable law (including industry-specific rules in fintech, healthcare, or real estate as relevant to your project);
- Review deliverables and give feedback within agreed review windows.
6. Intellectual property
Website content. The design, text, logos, and graphics on this site are owned by Sageflow Labs or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission, except for reasonable personal or internal evaluation use.
Engagement deliverables. Ownership and license of work product created under a paid engagement are defined in the applicable Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sageflow Labs retains pre-existing tools, frameworks, know-how, and reusable methodologies.
7. Confidentiality
Each party should treat non-public business and technical information of the other as confidential when disclosed for an evaluation or engagement, and use it only for that purpose, subject to a mutual NDA or confidentiality clauses in a Service Agreement when signed.
8. No professional advice disclaimer (website)
Content on this website (including blog-style explanations, case descriptions, or capability lists) is general information and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, security, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain advice appropriate to your jurisdiction and situation.
9. Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAGEFLOW LABS AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Liability arising from professional services is governed exclusively by the applicable Service Agreement.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sageflow Labs from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a Service Agreement specifies a different governing law. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
